NEET 2025 Question Papers: Section-Wise Questions, Difficulty Level, OMR Filling Guideline
NEET 2025 Question Papers: NTA provides candidates with the access to NEET question papers on the examination day. Candidates across Overseas NEET centres will get NEET 2025 question papers with 4 sets, including Set Q, R, S, and T. Each of these sets have various types of questions. Each of the NEET question sets are further divided into six subsets. This way NTA prepares a total of 24 NEET question papers to evaluate candidates’ knowledge.
NTA will tentatively conduct the NEET 2025 exam on 4 May 2025. Candidates aiming to attempt NEET 2025 must understand the structure and difficulty level of NEET 2025 question papers and effectively prepare to score good marks.
NEET 2025 Question Papers Highlights
According to previous year trends, the NEET 2025 question papers will tentatively include a total of 200 MCQs from Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (Zoology and Botany). However, test-takers will be required to answer only 180 questions during the exam.

NEET 2025 Question Paper Languages
The language or medium for NEET 2025 depends on the candidates’ preference. NTA releases the NEET question paper in 13 languages. These include English, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Odia, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, and Urdu, available at different exam centres. To attempt NEET in one’s preferred language, it is crucial to select the medium and language when filling out the NEET registration form.
Here are the guidelines for the NEET 2025 question paper language:

Candidates who select English will receive the NEET question booklet in English only.

Candidates who choose Hindi or any other language will receive a bilingual NEET question booklet. These include English and their selected language.

In case of any discrepancy in question translation, the English version of the NEET question paper will be considered final.

When attempting the NEET 2025 exam, candidates must carefully read all the questions and mark their answers in the provided OMR Sheet. Here are the guidelines for filling out the NEET 2025 OMR sheet:

Candidates must use a ballpoint pen to mark their answers on the OMR sheet.

Candidates are not allowed to make changes to their selected answer options on the OMR sheet.
