Qualifications:

A four-year Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science disciplines, or a three-year Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science disciplines with a two-year Master’s degree in relevant fields.

CGPA Requirement:

A cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 7.5/10, 3.0/4.0, or graduating aggregate marks of [75%] or above, or equivalent in the qualifying degree.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English is a must, demonstrated through tests like EmSAT, TOEFL, or IELTS. Candidates with English-medium education may be conditionally admitted, pending submission of valid English language proficiency test scores within the first semester.

Work Experience:

A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required. For those with less than one year of experience, a minimum score of 350 in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or a minimum quantitative score of 150 in the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is necessary.

The journey to joining IIT Delhi Abu Inaugural Master Program involves several steps. These include the following: 

Submission of Application:

Candidates must submit the required documents through the IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi portal by November 27, 2023@abudhabi.iitd.ac.in/postgraduate-programs.

Shortlisting:

Applicants meeting eligibility criteria will undergo a two-phase admission process. Those with ≥1 year of relevant work experience will be interviewed. Candidates with <1 year experience, scoring ≥350 in GATE or ≥150 in GRE, will take a written test on engineering concepts related to energy and sustainability, followed by an interview.

Notification on Admission:

Successful candidates will receive official admission notifications by December 15, 2023.
