DASA Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the DASA scheme 2024, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Age Requirement: Candidates should be born on or after 1 October 1999.

Academic Qualification: Applicants must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 75% aggregate marks or a 7.5 CGPA in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, and any one from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology.

JEE Main Rank: A valid JEE Main rank is mandatory for applying under the DASA scheme.

Residential Requirement: The scheme is open to foreign nationals, NRIs, OCIs, and PIOs. Indian nationals must have studied abroad for at least two years, including classes 11 and 12.

DASA Exam Pattern
DASA does not comprise a separate exam for selecting candidates. Eligible candidates who complete the DASA registration process are evaluated based on their JEE main scores to prepare for the merit list. Therefore, applicants must focus on the JEE Main exam pattern to qualify for the DASA scheme.

DASA Seat Allotment
The seat allotment process for DASA 2024 is conducted in multiple rounds based on the candidate's scores as determined by their JEE Main rank. The details of the DASA seat allotment are provided below:
